We’re Red Heart Candles, and we’re all about making your space smell amazing and feel cozy. By using our website (www.redheartcandles.com), you agree to follow these rules. If you’re not into them, no hard feelings—just let us know if you have any concerns.
Product Info
We do our best to provide you with accurate information about our candles, including pictures, prices, and descriptions. But sometimes things might change a little, so if you notice any mistakes, just let us know, and we’ll fix it ASAP!
Placing Orders
When you place an order with us, it’s like you’re saying, “Yes, I want this!” Once we confirm your order, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’re processing it. If something doesn’t go as planned or we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll reach out to you.
Payment
We accept: PayPal , ApplePay, GooglePay and we make sure all payments are processed securely. When you make a purchase, you're agreeing to pay for your order, including shipping and taxes.
Shipping & Delivery
We want you to get your candles as quickly as possible! We aim to ship orders within 5 business days, but shipping times can vary. We’ll always send you a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your candles, and if for any reason you don’t, we’re here to help! Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort out a return or exchange.
If something arrives damaged or wrong, don’t stress—just get in touch, and we’ll make it right!
Intellectual Property
Everything you see on our website, from product photos to text, is owned by Red Heart Candles. Please don’t use any of our content without asking us first. We’re happy to chat if you have any questions!
Your Account
If you set up an account with us, it’s your job to keep your login details safe. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, let us know ASAP so we can help.
Limitation of Liability
While we’re dedicated to providing the best candles and customer service, we can’t be held responsible for things out of our control, like delays caused by shipping carriers. We’ll always do our best to make sure things go smoothly!

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of USA, Florida. If there’s ever a disagreement, it will be handled in the courts of Oviedo, Florida.

After placing your order, our team will package it with care and ensure your items leave our Florida studio within 5 business days. Gift notes are available upon request - just leave a note at checkout.
Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on location. AK, HI and outlying territories may take longer. Ship time does not include in-studio processing. Please note: USPS does NOT guarantee shipping times and therefore may arrive later than 5 business days.
Once a package is picked up by our carrier, the shipping/delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
DOMESTIC:
We get it - trying scents online is tough, that's why we have a 100% satisfaction policy. If you aren't happy with your purchase, please reach out to the Customer Care team at info@redheartcandles.com and we'll help get the process started. As a growing small business, we aren't currently able to cover return shipping costs, but are always happy to ship exchanges at no extra charge.
Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (ie: your Red Heart Candles order number, order confirmation email or store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL:
We are currently unable to offer exchanges on international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you'd like to return your order for a refund, please note that shipping costs for international returns are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are not included in refunds for return orders.
If you'd prefer store credit instead of a refund, let us know and we'd be happy to help. Store credit is issued for the amount of the product and does not include shipping fees.
